The Pilot Livestream: Autumn/Winter 2026
Welcome to our online space. This five-week sequence is a record of our first steps together, captured live on Saturday mornings at The Loft.
Our practice isn’t a performance, or a generic fitness routine. Instead, it’s an invitation to slow down and study our own movement. We approach the mat with two distinct perspectives: the objective curiosity of a scientist intrigued by anatomy and physiology, and the warmth of a poet who somehow makes sense to us and touches us deeply, between the lines. There’s no jargon here, no empty words. We just share a meaningful, dedicated practice for real bodies, minds and hearts.
The intentions of this work:
Moving to Feel: Shifting our focus away from how a posture looks, and tuning entirely into how it feels. We move to listen closely to what our joints, muscles, and breath require from day to day.
Sensing Structure: Remembering that our anatomy carries a deep, evolutionary history. We work with our bones and our balance to support the physical frames that carry us through life.
Forming Helpful Connections: Using the quiet space of the mat to cultivate a resilient internal landscape—one that offers steady support for the demanding world outside the room.
Thank you for bringing your time, your focus, and your curiosity to this pilot. Your presence transforms these recordings into a shared, meaningful archive.
